War Brokers

Blocky low-poly shooter with tanks, helicopters and a battle royale mode. Not pretty, but there's a lot of game here for a tab.

War Brokers looks like it was built out of children's blocks, and it kind of was — but underneath the chunky visuals is one of the broadest browser shooters around. There are helicopters, tanks, APCs and jets, and they actually matter: a team that controls the vehicles controls the match.

The mode list is long for a free game. Classic team deathmatch and capture-style objectives sit next to a full battle royale with a shrinking zone, and a vehicle escort mode that plays like a small-scale war. Weapons unlock over time and there's a progression grind, but nothing behind it is required to compete.

It's not a precision shooter. Hitboxes are generous, movement is floaty, and the netcode wobbles when a server is full. That's the trade-off for the scale — if you want a scrappy, chaotic team game where a helicopter can drop on your head at any moment, it delivers. If you want clean 1v1 duels, Venge or Deadshot will suit you better.

What's good

  • Vehicles that change how matches play
  • Battle royale and objective modes
  • Long-running, stable player base
  • Free progression, no paywall

What's not

  • Floaty movement and loose hitboxes
  • Servers lag when full
  • Dated visuals

Best for

People who want big, messy team battles with vehicles rather than tight arena duels.

How to start

Pick a mode from the lobby list, join a server with a reasonable ping, and spawn. Vehicles are grabbed by walking up to them.
